Avery’s Ledge is a full service Event Planning Company. We offer several levels of service ideal for you and your event. Our services are available for weddings, anniversaries, fundraisers, dinner parties, meetings and conferences, etc. No event is too small or too large. From start to finish we will work with you on planning every detail of your event. From finding a location to follow-up logistics and thank-you notes, we will complete every detail. Some of these details might include:

partial planning/consulting

We will assist you in the final months, weeks, or days leading up to your event, taking care of any logistics you have not already completed and tying all of the loose ends together. Some aspects of the Partial Planning Package might include:

day-of services

We will assist you the day of your event making sure that every detail is attended to. From pre-event logistics to coordinating the actual event this service is available for those who want to personally do the advance planning but would like assistance the day of to ensure they have a relaxing time!
