- How do you decide the fees for my event?
After meeting or speaking with you we create a custom event package and price quote. This package outlines the role we will play in managing your event. Our services are also available on an hourly basis. There is no charge for our initial meeting, or for us creating your event package and price quote.
- How do you bill for your services?
Once you decide to use our services you will make a deposit equal to 1/3 of your event package price. Halfway between the time you sign your contract with us and your event another 1/3 of your package price is due. The final 1/3 is due by the day of the event.
- How many Event Coordinators will be at my event?
The average event requires one Event Coordinator, although when creating your unique event package we will determine your specific staffing needs.
- Are email and phone communications included in your event packages?
Yes, email and phone communications are included in all of our packages.
personal assistant services
- How do you charge for Personal Assistant Services?
PA Services are charged on an hourly basis, and rounded up to the half hour. We also offer several monthly packages.
- How do you bill for Personal Assistant Services?
When you become a PA client you will provide us with your credit card number to keep on file. When services are completed you will have the choice to pay by check or to have your credit card charged. Clients on monthly packages will have the hours deducted from their account. You will also receive a monthly statement via email.
